The shower floor would be more than necessary, now water is spraying a lot to the wide area. Morning really small, cheaper places richer and more diversified. The pool area is a little too shadowed if you want to be in the sun. The beach was from the bottom of a sad feeling slope - doesn't want to go to swim. For snorkeling you need to go farther if you want to see something. The room we got was wonderful - our own terrace and garden directly to the sea. In other rooms only a balcony, not at all so nice. The room is spacious and cool. Beds good and cottage options. AC worked well. Kitchen equipment ok. The kajaks and the bathrooms are a nice addition. Location a little away, but if you also like walking, this is working. The staff was careful and friendly, communication in advance worked well. Extra charge is immediately wanted for additional options. Pool area a bit too shady if you want to be in the sun. The beach was a bit muddy at the bottom - you don't feel like going swimming. You have to go further for snorkeling if you want to see something. The room we got was lovely - private terrace and yard directly on the sea. Other rooms only have a balcony, not that nice at all. Location a bit remote, but if you also like walking then this is functional. The staff was caring and friendly, communication in advance worked well.

Our initial room wasn't what we expected; it didn't look like the apartment in the booking photos. However, they immediately switched us to a different room that was spacious, on a higher floor, and had a courtyard view. The only drawbacks were the lack of a refrigerator, so there's nowhere to store food if you buy any, and we couldn't get YouTube to work on the TV. Overall, it was fine for a three-night stay. There are various cafes and restaurants nearby where we had dinner, as the hotel itself doesn't offer anything, not even breakfast. The shower head was a handheld one, which wasn't very convenient. They took a deposit, issued a receipt, and refunded it immediately upon check-out.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I was pleased to see that they have made some improvement in their breakfast but it could be even better. I am unhappy though with their early checkout time which is at 10 am. That's such an inconvenience.

The location is very convenient to many attractions. The staff was friendly. The room is spacious but it would be better if there was any shampoo or body wash

My son and I stayed at the hotel in cottage #4 by the sea in July 2026. The hotel itself is decent, and the price matches the quality – it's not expensive. We only had breakfast at the hotel (mostly omelets with vegetables and hot chocolate). We didn't opt for lunch or dinner because we had read previously that they were expensive. I pre-booked the airport transfer via email with the hotel; they replied promptly. A one-way transfer cost 12,000 in local currency, which we paid by credit card upon arrival. We also booked the return transfer through the hotel, which cost 120 USD. Honestly, I think the transfer was pricey, but I couldn't find any online taxi services, and the hotel is over 60 km from the airport, so I had to go with this option as there were no others. After leaving the airport, we stopped at a supermarket to buy food to replace hotel lunches and dinners. The cottage has everything: hot water, good bedding, and towels. There's also a gas stovetop, dishes, a kettle, plates, spoons, and forks, so you can cook your own meals. However, there's nowhere to buy groceries near the hotel, so we stocked up at the supermarket upon arrival. There's no safe or slippers in the room. The hotel grounds are large, with plenty of places to walk and a long beachfront. The staff are polite and pleasant, and the hotel grounds are well-maintained. Overall, that aspect was great. What I didn't like: there's no internet in the room, which was a significant issue for me. Internet is only available in the hotel lobby, where the reception and dining area are, which is a real shame. Luckily, our cottage was right by the reception, so that was convenient. Also, be aware that there are very strong low tides on the beach until noon, though this wasn't a major concern for us; we just walked along the ocean, which was wonderful.

The hotel offers comprehensive and convenient facilities, creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere.

The environment and scenery are very good, the small villa is very comfortable, the dining is exquisite, and there are many clown fish in the sea snorkeling in front of the door. The boss and his wife are very enthusiastic, help us contact the drop-off driver and introduce snorkeling animals

The hotel is located about 40 minutes drive from the city and is not large in size. Have your own beach and small pier. Guests can use canoe, SUP free of charge, face mirror need to rent. It is recommended to rent a car by yourself. The hotel arranges a single trip to the city to 7000vt. It takes 30,000vt to use the car and the driver all day. The room will not give the keys, they said that only their service staff and guests can not worry. Even the door of our room is difficult to close, and we take a complete route. The restaurant's things are not too delicious, breakfast is OK, other lunches have ordered penne pen tube noodles are super salty, dinner has ordered fish burger bread as hard as a French stick, pizza is OK, chips are delicious. The scenery is beautiful, we stayed for four nights, probably lunch and dinner are more troublesome.
