I have lived here for how many months? honestly the management Has a wrong way of treating their guest long stay or not.. I mean I was paying 650 everyday and never once did they remember to send a cleaner..don’t pay up by 10:41am and then cleaner comes after 10days and she isn’t supposed to clean?! For a place I have stayed at the same apartments for 4months?

Stayed one night whilst changing planes. Can walk to and from the terminal. Good food and friendly staff. Clean. A little busy since it is the only hotel in the terminal

I recommend it to everyone, it's a great place. Quiet, your sleep is guarded. You can always rely on the staff.

OK, so let's start with the 'not-so-nice stuff'. Look, it is what it is. It's a 3-star (at best), hotel that was converted from apartments into a 'suite' experience hotel. It's cheap as chips, so with that in mind you're obviously not going to expect anything flash. The towels, while clean, could certainly do with being replaced. Overall, a fresh coat of paint would not hurt and the kettle was abysmal - we actually ordered our own kettle from 60/60 - the one in the room had not been descaled in...well, ever. It's very basic accommodation, the telephone in the room didn't work and the extractor above the stove was diabolical. Now, for the good stuff. The staff are AMAZING. So friendly and super helpful, check-in was breezy and even though we arrived a full 2 hours early, we hardly had to wait for our room to be ready. Aside from what I already mentioned, the room itself was SPOTLESS and that made up for the 'niggly' bits. The location is great, just a few minutes from the airport and close to the areas we had business in. Honestly, for what one pays for this place, there are no complaints. You can order from 60/60/ Uber Eats/Mr Delivery and there is a restaurant on site - although we didn't order from them, we left early and came back fairly late so it was just simpler to order in - and they delivered to the room. So all in, if you're not in Jozi for a holiday, then this place is kind of ideal. Internet was fast enough and complimentary and as we literally only used it as a base for our dealings in the big city, it was more than adequate.

Holiday Inn Sandton does every top notch! While their restaurant is being renovated they upgraded the view that came with the delicious meals. Rather than relocate the dining room to one of their spacious internal conference rooms, they moved it to offer all diners the ”best seat in the house.” Starting the day with these views was inspiring and energizing. But the real boost of confidence comes in knowing I was staying where everything matters to this team as much as it does to me. See you again soon!

I stayed there several times and definetely will stay again.Very good hotel in Sandton..Modern furnished..bed very big and confort. All staff are helpfull and happy to assist you.Breakfast has lots of international and local fresh choices.Checkin and checkout was very professionel.The Hotel is next to the Nelson Mandela square and lots of restaurants and shops inside the mall.

Good experience. The facilities were top-notch with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staffs were friendly and helpful to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was good with many of selection for choice. The hotel's location was also excellent, with easy access to the centre of Johannesburg. Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with excellent facilities and a convenient location.

The place was very friendly for kids was traveling with my daughter and son... Transport to the airport was eady

The hotel service was good and the facilities were very good. The only thing that is disappointing is the meal issue. There are no restaurants nearby and you can only eat here.

The check in process was very simple with super friendly staff. One guy stood out for me his name is ”Essential” he went out of his way to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The rooms were fairly clean and had a nice mini bar fridge. The downside was that they didn't have microwave ovens in the rooms, Essential sorted us out through the restaurant. The wifi login tends to be troublesome, I'd prefer they improve on that or find a simpler way to secure it and still allow flawless connecting.

The customer service us excellent...from the reception right through the whole stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. They have hot and cold breakfast options. No room service though! The snack restaurant serves great meals. We'll worth a visit if you are looking for budget friendly accommodation in the heart of the city!

The staff are great, very accommodating, and very engaging. They are also very concerned of my safety (they always remind me to take care when going out). Saying that, the location might be challenging for those who are mindful of their safety. I am advised not to leave after dark, even just going to KFC which is just 300 meters away (I appreciate the concern of the staff). No wifi too.

Excellant hotel. Excellant place to stay. So affordable, and compared to similar / surrounding hotels in the area the value for money is incredible. The rooms are big enough to walk around all the furniture and not bump into anything at all. There is a desk and chair big enough to put a laptop on and actually work at or do your makeup on. The bed is firm and the linens are soft and clean always. The windows are huge and actually open really far which I love. There are even smoking rooms which I love love love!! My favourite part is probably the room divider between the bed and bathroom which is automated to go up and down at the flick of a button. It makes me sooo happy!! Lol. Then theres the pool and the outside area where you can lounge, eat, chill and swim. I haven't found a downside so far and for someone as critical as me that's a big big deal.

It’s ok Break fast varieties should be improved and a bigger tv screen will be better Slept in room no 264 there’s some noise from may be a pool compressor though not much but should be considered and when there’s a gathering you can be distracted by some noise I recommend the hotel

The establishment is quite lovely with an excellent location. Although my booking was advertised as including breakfast, this apparently only referred to some cereal, fruit and juice, which I found a bit misleading. I was informed that a hot breakfast can be ordered separately.

The bed was very comfortable. Food was delicious. Room service was excellent. The waiters were friendly especially Dodzo.He was almost occupied but was able to serve all his customers on time. The only thing that the hotel needs to improve is to always have jug of water than buying from the kitchen. i saw lot of guests coming with water from the shops.

It was a great stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms were very clean and had everything required. The only things not provided were hairdryers and iron, the staff mentioned that those had been stolen in the past and its understandable that they no longer provide those. It was better than the pictures provided online. We stayed in the 3 bedroom which was 2 apartments with interleaving doors. They were very spacious. The rooms and bathrooms appear very luxurious however there are small updates that could really elevate the anesthetic such as the taps were lose on the sinks, areas of paint chipping off walls in the bathrooms, the sofa was a bit old and not very comfortable and the kitchen cupboard doors needed refurbishing. Otherwise excellent stay. I need to especially mention the lady working at the front desk who was extremely helpful in organizing a shuttle for us to the airport.

The hotel is quiet and clean. There is a large parking lot in the front garden and a grass swimming pool in the back garden. The breakfast was good and the waiters were very warm and friendly. Close to the airport. The facilities are complete and it is worth living.

We had a great stay at Eco Motel.. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. We also asked for an extra blanket because we were feeling cold and their service was excellent. They have heaters as well inside the rooms.. They were very helpful and the security is great.

I chose this place because I liked the free pick-up and free breakfast. However, in fact, the last pick-up was at 11 o'clock in the evening. I arrived at the airport at 11 o'clock. I said that the pick-up at night would be charged. I am willing to pay, but I can't come to the arrival floor to pick me up. I can be at the bus station. It is well known. South Africa is naturally in a mess, and the probability of being robbed on the road at night is very high! Finally, I paid for a taxi to their hotel and found that the door was closed! The location of the hotel is very biased, there is no street light at night, the black light is blind, the driver is black, everyone is in the position to think about it, feel panic? I know that the front desk will get off work at 11 o'clock in the evening, but I have already emailed that I will land at 11 o'clock and arrive at 12 o'clock. They know it, but they still don't leave anyone. After waiting for a long time, the driver came back and opened the door. At the beginning, the driver refused to give me the door key and asked me to add 200 rand for the night stay. I don't know the cost. I didn't inform when I placed the order on Trip.com. On the second day, I took the shuttle bus to the airport and there was no time to eat breakfast. An unpleasant stay!

Wonderful staff and the room was quiet and comfortable. The grounds and pool are inviting and super chilled for relaxing. Good value for money. The menu was limited but generous portions and well prepared and flavourful. Taxi to airport was convenient
