The northernmost point of China, the latitude and longitude boundary marker, the northernmost outpost of China, and two other stone tablets are all located together at the Wusuli Shoal. The weather was sunny and clear. We took 15 minutes to take photos and check in. At 10:35, we boarded the sightseeing bus again. If we didn't take the bus, we could wait for the next one. At 10:55, we arrived at the First Bend of the Heilongjiang River. We chose the West Boardwalk, which has 1005 steps. We took photos as we climbed. The temperature was -27 degrees Celsius, and every breath we took was filled with biting cold air. At 11:15, we reached the top and saw the magnificent U-shaped bend of the Heilongjiang River. We checked in at the First Bend of the Heilongjiang River stone tablet at the top of the mountain. The view was beautiful!

It is China's northernmost village-level administrative unit, surrounded by mountains on three sides and with the upper reaches of the Heilongjiang River flowing through it. It is a village inhabited by ethnic Russians that has preserved its pristine character. With a population of approximately 320, over 40% are of Russian descent, fostering a unique Russian culture. The village's architecture is primarily log cabins, with Russian-style churches and traditional dwellings preserved.
