Highlights: Shimendong is located in Qingtian, Lishui, Zhejiang Province, on the banks of the Lijiang River. It was discovered in the Northern and Southern Dynasties and flourished in the Song and Ming Dynasties. It was also famous for the founding father of the Ming Dynasty, Liu Ji, who was studying here.
