"Dazhao Temple in Hohhot, beautiful architectural structure, staggered light and shadow, exquisite craftsmanship, plus blue sky and white clouds, is a blockbuster. As the earliest Tibetan Buddhist Gelu temple in the architectural era of Inner Mongolia, Dazhao Temple was revered as the "Huang Temple" in the Qing Dynasty. Because Emperor Shunzhi of Qing Dynasty had stayed here, Emperor Kangxi also lived here for a few days, and cast a plaque of "Long live the emperor" for the silver Buddha statue in the hall, in order to show respect for the emperor, and since then the reincarnation regulations of the living Buddha have been cancelled here. It has become a rare temple in Mongolia without living Buddhas, and the main temple of the temple has been replaced with yellow glazed tiles. #Little Don't Look at the World #Inner Mongolia"

Highlights: Ih Juu Temple in downtown Hohhot was built in the 8th year of the Ming Emperor Wanli (1580) by Altan Khan, the leader of the Mongolian Tümed. The temple belongs to the Gelug (or Yellow) School of Tibetan Buddhism. Priceless cultural relics not to be missed on a visit to Ih Juu Temple include a silver statue of the Buddha Sakyamuni, the dragon columns and the colorful wall murals. The pure silver statue of the Buddha Sakyamuni in the temple’s main hall weighs 1,500kg. Immediately in front of the Buddha Sakyamuni are two golden dragons entwined around the columns, aptly named the Dragon Columns. Because the murals were painted with mineral-based colors, the colors remain bright and vibrant even today. The murals’ content is mostly classical stories from Buddhist scripture.

"The only drawback of the historical and cultural place is that the location is relatively biased. The cultural relics on the ground are really not a lie to see Shanxi, but there are many wild tour guides outside the scenic spot, and I personally feel that the protection inside is not in place. There are no warning signs in many places. It feels easy to be spoiled by unqualified tourists"

"The "three treasures" in Jinci have the Northern Song Dynasty Notre Dame Palace, the fish marsh Feiliang in front of the temple and the Jin Dynasty Temple, which are all domestic orphans. The "three musts" are the ancient cypress of the Zhou Dynasty for 3,000 years, the colorful plastic lady of the Song Dynasty and the source of Jin water."

"The purchase of tickets for entry and tickets for the temples was very unreasonable. The self-driving tour came to the hanging temple. As a result, the team was queued for a long time but did not buy tickets because they did not buy them. Because the number of tickets was limited, they could not buy them. They did not do enough homework. One of the reasons, unfortunately. 😔"
