Khao Yai National Park Review
A UNESCO World Heritage Site near Bangkok that nature lovers must visit to breathe fresh air, experience pristine forests, stunning views, and enjoy a variety of activities year-round.
· Check-in Highlights:
· Heo Suwat Waterfall: A famous waterfall, easily accessible, with beautiful and shady views all day long.
· Sai Sorn Reservoir: A romantic sunset viewpoint, with the evening light reflecting on the water creating a beautiful, almost foreign-looking scene.
· Nong Phak Chi Wildlife Observation Tower: Hike through wide grasslands to spot wildlife and enjoy the cool breeze.
· Pha Diao Dai / Pha Trom Jai Viewpoint: Admire the misty forest from a high vantage point and try the famous Khao Yai omelet.
· Must-Do Activities:
· Night Safari: Take a pickup truck tour with a park ranger to observe animals in their natural habitat late at night.
· Nature Trails: Short and long trails available with guides, allowing you to see hornbills and ancient forests.
· Recommendations:
· Bring a windbreaker/warm jacket as it is windy and cool on the mountaintop year-round.
· Avoid making loud noises and be careful not to hit wild animals that may cross the road.
If you want to recharge your body, breathe fresh air, and experience true nature, a trip to Khao Yai National Park will not disappoint!

“Get to know elephants in a more respectful way.”@_TI***2k · 6 months ago
Elephant Park in Bangkok was an amazing experience & worth the journey. We booked directly with the park instead of using an agent & booked our own transportation to get us there. We booked the morning experience and it was great we walked with the elephants feed and played with them during bathing. The lunch buffet was also very good and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.
