Pondicherry, Ramnad, Trichy, and Chennai were in the mix, but this itinerary brings you the best of Trichy in 7 vibrant days. Day 1 (May 15): Begin at Sri Ayyappan Temple (No: 2, Major Saravanan Salai, 5:00-11:00, 17:00-20:45), then Arulmigu Uchi Pillaiyar Temple (51 Chinna Kadai St, 6:00-20:00). For love and tranquility: Arulmigu Vekkaliyamman Temple (11c S S Kovil St, 5:30-21:00), finishing at Our Lady of Lourdes Church (College Rd, 5:00-19:30). Day 2: Visit Arulmigu Manicka Vinayagar Thirukovil - Malaikottai (Theppakulam, 5:00‑20:00), Sri Thayumanavar Temple, and relax at Amma Mandapam, the ghat-side hub. Day 3: Don’t miss the legendary Sri Ranganatha Swamy Temple in Srirangam. If you have kids or love science, drop by Anna Science Center, then chill at Bharathi Park and get inspired at Ashvaa Art Gallery (Sivakumar’s work is worth it!).
