Portarossa

Beautiful and quiet atmosphere. Excellent, attentive service. Interesting menu. The lobster soup was very good and the tapioca dessert pretty special. However, I was excited to finally enjoy some excellent sushi--being from Los Angeles we&#39;ve found the sushi in Porto to be lacking--and we were disappointed. The sashimi was simply too cold, and the rest wasn&#39;t the soft, melt-in-your-mouth flavorful sushi we&#39;ve been fortunate to have in LA. Maybe it&#39;s just not possible in Portugal? But we loved everything else about the experience and will be back again for more things from the regular menu!

Simple good food. I had a whole grilled Robalo with potatoes and cooked greens, and cod cake starters. Was delicious and excellent value.

Great selection of wines. Good accompaniments. Friendly, knowledgeable service: our go to local wine bar.

The venue is beautiful and with awesome decor. I got the novilho tataki, and I just didn&rsquo;t love the meat. Other than that everything was 👌🏼

Always good food - Italian influence but with a Portuguese twist. Service and ambiance always good in a well-designed space. 🩶I do think as a regular customer ( pinning📌 this resto as one of my faves in Porto) the creativity level unfortunately has dropped ( like most restaurants that are now cutting costs to survive!)  Please bring back the Creativity &amp; that firmer edge&hellip;, It was the one thing I loved most about Lucr&eacute;cia! 🫶🏻

This is one of the best restaurants in Porto. The Wellington beef is superb and worth the trip. The restaurant is nice to look at but extremely loud, even when it is not crowded. Some tables are better than others. Will always return.

overall a good experience.  they ended up putting too much salt on one of the dishes to the point that was impossible to eat but the rest of the dishes were very good and the service more than made up for it.

Reliably good food and nice service in a small neighborhood restaurant.

Cosy atmosphere, the service is great. We had the ossoboco (the portion is big) and the lasagna (the portion could have been bigger) and shared. It was really good !

This is the best Sushi place in Porto if you like traditionally Sushi. It&#39;s expensive, but if you can spend it, it&#39;s worth it.

I didn&rsquo;t think Europe could find such a delicious food.
