Misleading add and very rude costumer service.

Bad service. The website add has a 40% on the entry price but the code didn’t work. Reaching out to costumer service they said nobody was working today and the tickets had to be bought the day before....

Disappointed

For us who are used to Tivoli Copenhagen at Christmas time this is a discount experience. Most of the garden is not with lights or Christmas setup. A lot of the Christmas trees are not decorated and...

We were there for the Halloween week. It was just great. We could even visit the park within these 2 weeks 2x for the entry price. So you can definitely say we're super off the money...
