JasdeBouffan Bufang Farmhouse is located on a reserve west of the old town of Earl of Aix. In 1859, the banker father of Impressionist painter Cézanne bought the property. The young Cézanne began his artistic career next to the sheep pen of the Béfang Farmhouse. The loft was once Cézanne's studio. This cozy farmhouse also entered Cézanne's landscapes. Cézanne sold the Bérénée in 1899 due to internal affairs of the family. Aix city pass for 15 euros and a Cézanne pass for 12 euros can be visited. It is a 20-minute walk from the train station.
