Incredibley scenic
We went on a whale watching trip from Akureyri into the Fjord. With the cloud shrouded mountains on either side its is a wonderful place to experience whale watching. Definitely worth the trip.
Great views
The fjord has great views so enjoy looking out on the longest fjord in Iceland. We viewed it from the hills high above....scenery is nice!

Fairly Average Estuary But Magnificant Views All Around
The stuary itself was like so many river exits into the sea and was not that special but the surrounding scenery was good.The harbour was interesting but not that special also.
