It is indeed one of the recommended attractions by National Geographic. Although Italy has many coastlin es, there is really no other place that can captivate me at first glance except for it. I can't imagine living here would be cheerful~ If you think it's just the beautiful coastline of Italy 🇮🇹 , then you're shallow because it's also one of the natural heritage sites. Not only does it have magnificent sea views, but it also has beautiful 😍 towns and southern specialty cuisine. Most people consider it an unavoidable destination for couples on vacation or honeymoon because its synonym is romance; However, its coastline is quite winding, with only one land route (40km long) 📍What can I see in the small town? In addition to the sea view, it is also the main building and central area of this small town: the cathedral ⛪️, located on dozens of steps, can be seen from afar when entering from the sea 🌊 , and the church bell tower stands tall, which is also an indispensable part of taking photos 📸 and checking in; Next to the church is the Heavenly Abbey. So many stunning places across the coastline, certainly worth a visit Amalfi Coast is a beautiful place to visit. Lovely town by the water. There are nice restaurants, some lovely hikes through the steep mountains and scenery all around. We came during later November and it was great that it was the low season for tourism. There were so many shops and restaurants that were not open. That was difficult and disappointing. Amalfi is an absolute jewel on the Italian coast! From its stunning cliff-side views to the vibrant streets filled with history at every turn, this town is a dream. The Cathedral of Saint Andrew is a masterpiece, and the local cuisine is to die for—don't miss out on the seafood and limoncello. Whether you're exploring the charming alleys, relaxing on the beach, or enjoying the breathtaking hikes like the Path of the Gods, Amalfi offers the quintessential Italian experience. A must-visit for anyone wanting to soak in the beauty and the dolce vita of Italy Such a great little town... get the real lemon filled with lemon sorbet. See photos for the best spot!!! Definitely walk into the church and while you're up there, as you exit, before you go down the stairs again.. head to the right and check out the museum. It's a great value for 4 euros

📍Amalfi Coast, Italy ⭐️ Listed as a World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO ⭐️ Rated by BBC as one of the 50 places to visit in a lifetime During this trip to Southern Italy, I checked in the most popular lemon town in Amalfi 🍋Positano It is like a dreamland: When you are there, it doesn't seem quite real, but once you leave, it comes to life vividly. 🚍【Public Transportation】 1️⃣ Depart from Naples Central Train Station, take the Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento. Ticket price: 4.6 euros (one-way) 2️⃣ At Sorrento station, there is a convenience store where you can buy a bus ticket to Positano, SITA BUS (see picture 10). Ticket price: 2.4 euros (one-way) The journey takes about half an hour, sit on the right side for a better view. ❣️TIPS: 💛My base was in Naples, so I traveled back and forth to the surrounding cities on the same day. Buy round-trip train tickets in advance in Naples. 💛Similarly, for Positano, if you're not staying in the town, remember to buy a round-trip bus ticket directly in Sorrento. The town is small, and tickets often sell out in peak season, which can delay your return trip. 💛You can also buy a SITA BUS ticket directly to Amalfi and play in a counterclockwise direction. The church's exterior is painted in cream yellow, and together with the bright and eye-catching majolica dome, it becomes the most striking building in the town. Many locals hold their weddings here. 🍋In summer, lemon trees can be seen everywhere in the town. In winter, lemons are rare, with only a few scattered around. Most shops are closed. I didn't find the fruit stand I was looking forward to taking a photo with. However, it was nice to enjoy the effect of an undisturbed private venue.

#europetrip -- About place: For me it was one of the beautiful places in the Italy, all Coast looks exciting. I can say that you can skip Amalfi city, when people said that Amalfi is excellent they mean Amalfi Coast, not Amalfi City. Amalfi sity is still really beautiful, but there are other cities which are more beautiful, for example Positano. -- About travel: If you would like to visit the Amalfi Coast from Sorrento I highly recommend to use Ferry (or private boat), in case of stormy weather there is only buses or taxis (in that case it is better to travel in the early morning).

One of the main reasons to visit Amalfi coast is the Positano beach. Unbelievably beautiful. The neighbouring villages in cliffsides with hundreds of the lined umbrellas on the beach below make it a sight impossible to forget. Go here both daytime and night time.

#europetrip Absolutely stunning views. There was absolutely no shortage of sweeping vistas and jaw dropping viewpoints. The only drawback of this terrain was that it pushed all of the crowds into much more confined areas, but we didn’t struggle to find our own secluded places scattered throughout the coast. The most popular places like Positano were still worth it, they’re popular for a reason!
