The Changbai Mountain's Heavenly Lake in July and August is simply stunning, come and see for yourself!
The Heavenly Lake of Changbai Mountain in July and August is simply amazing😍! With the summer temperature around 20 degrees, it's like a paradise on earth, perfect for escaping the heat👍!
It's said that only the lucky ones can catch a glimpse of the Heavenly Lake, as it's often shrouded in mist for over 200 days a year. If you can see it, you're definitely a Lucky Girl😎! I saw the Heavenly Lake on my first visit, haha, I must be the chosen koi🥳!
Changbai Mountain has the North Slope, West Slope, and South Slope to choose from. The North Slope is more developed and you can see all the traditional sights there. The West Slope is more ecological, and the view of the Heavenly Lake is more expansive. It seems that fewer people go to the South Slope. I chose the more traditional North Slope on my first visit.
🎈About the attractions:
During the summer vacation, it's super crowded, and the attractions have a limit on the number of visitors. Once the limit is reached, ticket sales will stop, so it's strongly recommended to go early.
👉The ticket is 105 yuan, and the shuttle bus is 80 yuan.
🎈About the weather:
The weather on Changbai Mountain changes in the blink of an eye! If it's not raining, just a short-sleeved shirt with a light spring/autumn jacket will do. But if it starts to rain, it's a different story; even a light down jacket wouldn't be too much at the summit. However, there are down jackets for rent on the mountain, which I remember cost about 80 yuan each.
🎈About the routes:
There are two routes on the North Slope, Route A and Route B. It's recommended to start with Route B, which is less crowded, more scenic, and great for taking photos📷. If you can see the Heavenly Lake after walking Route B, you'll have a pretty comprehensive view. Then you can walk Route A with more confidence. Route A has more attractions than Route B, but they are quite similar, and it's extremely crowded. Personally, I prefer Route B for its tranquility!
🎈About the journey:
There are shuttle buses on the North Slope, so the walk isn't too long. But if you get motion sickness easily, be prepared with things like orange peels and motion sickness medicine, because the mountain roads can be quite winding. The altitude of Changbai Mountain is over 2000 meters, and there's hardly any altitude sickness, but some people might feel a bit dizzy. Attention!! Make sure to apply sunscreen! Sunscreen! Sunscreen! The UV rays are super strong! Be prepared if you're going in July or August! You can't use umbrellas on the mountain, so if it rains, bring a raincoat and a thick jacket.
🎈About taking photos:
It's recommended to wear light-colored, solid clothing, which goes well with the blue sky and blue water of the Heavenly Lake, making for great photos! Skirts are not recommended❌. Let me tell you a secret, I found an excellent spot for photos👉just below Route A. It's not crowded, and you can sit on the ground, casually stretch out your hand against the pure blue sky, and get amazing shots in minutes, giving you the feeling of being in Tibet.
After coming down, there are also some minor attractions like the Changbai Mountain Waterfall, Changbai Mountain Hot Springs, etc., but the Heavenly Lake is still the most stunning and healing!
The scenery is beautiful! ! Every time I go to Changbai Mountain, I can see Tianchi! This time I saw the beautiful scenery of snowy snow! ! Very lucky and very happy! ! Will come again! ! Great beauty Changbai! !
Tiangong is beautiful, encountered a clear day, visit Changbai Mountain. Tianchi is beautiful, waterfall is beautiful, green Yuantan is beautiful, underground forest is beautiful, heart is beautiful. According to the travel guide, take the bus from the visitor center, in the change area, immediately go to Beifeng, after returning, then go to the waterfall, then the green Yuantan, of course, Xiaotianchi also saw it, not recommended, and finally the underground forest, this tour is characterized by virgin forests and small animals encountered. The last surprise is the underground forest at the end. After a day, the time is quite rushed, and it needs to be calculated. If you live in Changbai Mountain at night, you can be more relaxed. The service here is very good, the exile is limited, although there are many people in line, the waiting time is not long, there is a problem to ask, the attitude is very good.
Changbai Mountain itself is still very worth going. It was from the west slope during the summer, but the west slope needs to be climbed. This time the north slope does not need to climb particularly high. At present, Tianchi is still frozen, and each has its own characteristics.
The whole scenic spot is really beautiful under the ice and snow, but unfortunately the main one is not open due to the weather. The public transportation car in the scenic spot is very convenient and the waiting time is not long. The main attractions in the scenic area include underground forests, small Tianchi, green Yuantan, and Changbai Waterfall. We entered the scenic spot at 9:30 in the morning and left the scenic spot at 4 pm. Because of winter, the scenic spot began to close at 4:30 in the scenic spot. Among them, Xiaotianchi and Lvyuantan are relatively small, and the tour time is about 20 minutes. But Changbai Waterfall and underground forest take at least an hour and a half. And all need to climb the mountain. There are restaurants in the scenic area, and a relatively large tourist service center is in Lvyuantan. Lunch is eaten there. There is Starbucks next to the Changbai Waterfall attraction, which is really shocking! The snow scene of Changbai Mountain is still worth seeing!
Service/Cost-effective 5.0 is very good, I saw Tianchi, although I didn't see it all, but I was very lucky! I will come to Changbai Mountain again next time. The only regret is that it is raining. The experience is a little bit worse. I hope the next one.
Changbai Mountain in May is still snowy, but it can also make people feel different feelings.
