Here is the Auckland sign. If you are lucky enough to meet someone with a boat, nothing is better than a water tour. The Auckland skyline is beautiful, especially at night. There are many ferries to all sides and there are many charter companies where you can hire boats or yachts. There are car ferries from the urban viaduct to the Rapid Island, and for thrill seekers, you can fly fast near the harbour by a jet. Very exciting.
An hour and a half of Fuller's tour included a round-the-island tour back and forth to Waiheko Island by ferry. This is a really good island overview and gives us the opportunity to see many beaches and other islands around. We stopped in Palm Beach, which was a mile long and spent about twenty minutes in our free time walking around the NGO beach. You can return to the ferry at the end of the visit or disembark at the Matthias Tower. The tour company will moor there once an hour to pick you up back to the ferry. There are many beautiful beaches and it seems necessary to drive. If you are tired but still want to go out then this is a relaxing trip. The bay and island are incredible!
The day I went, the weather was clear, the sea breeze came, very comfortable, worth a visit
Oakland is adjacent to the port of White Marta, and this is just one of the many beautiful attractions in Hauraki Bay, and there are many beautiful islands worth exploring. The nearest one is Waiheki Island, which takes only a short time by ferry from downtown Auckland to reach the island. On the other side of the bay is the Kolamandar Peninsula, another great place to explore.
