Bajie Temple

It is said that this is the only temple in China that serves the pig eight rings. When I first heard about it, my first reaction was to hear it wrong, and the second reaction was to the heat. The temple is not big, it can be seen that it is rebuilt, the incense is very strong, the locals told me that the local is the prototype of Gao Laozhuang. But I recall Wu Chengen's life trajectory slightly, I think it's a bit of a rip.

Bajie Temple Bajie Temple is a temple dedicated to worshiping pig Bajie, before Wu Chengen created the "Journey to the West", it has existed, is the only place in China to worship pig Bajie. The temple is located in Xizhuang Village, Baoshan City, Yunnan Province. The first month of the 23rd is the temple fair of Bajie Temple, which has been extended for five or six hundred years year after year. The temple statue and the eight rings we saw in the film and television drama are not much different, or the stomach is round, there is a pair of big ears, and there are nine teeth nails in their hands.

It is the only temple in China that does not provide Bodhisattvas or Buddhas, only serves the pigs and eight rings! It is the world's largest, and it is strange.
