Jinshuihuju is in the scenic area. If you want to see the night view, you can also consider staying for one night. Although the ice waterfall is not as spectacular as expected, it is good to be happy for our purpose. If you only want to see the ice waterfall, you don't have to come so far.

金水湖景区位于房山区霞云岭，依托大石河上游源头鸽子台水库而建，四面环山、三面临湖，空气清新，环境清幽，四季分明，是京郊出游的好去处。当地水质优良，水库鱼味道鲜美，核桃饼唇齿留香，农家菜别具风味。每年1-2月期间，金水湖还会举办冰雪嘉年华，不但可以体验冰车、漂移车等冰上娱乐活动，还可以欣赏到难得一见的冰瀑景观。
