Around the bronze statue of Frederick the Great, the south is the Bebeer Square, which used to be known as the "Theatre Square". On the west side of the square is the Baroque-style Humboldt University Old Royal Library (Alte Königliche Bibliothek), next to the southeast corner is the Cathedral of St. Hedwig (Sankt-Hedwigskathedrale), This partially modelled building of the Roman Pantheon is the first in Berlin and the only Roman Catholic church to be built before 1854.
It is a square in the central district of Berlin, where the Nazis held a book burning ceremony on May 10, 1933, burning about 20,000 books, and now students at Humboldt University sell books in the square every year to commemorate it.
Wide square, perfect environment, great air and nature's perfect blend, the feeling of looking out is really cool
The buildings around the square are full of baroque style, and the photos are very good.
