A lovely downtown to walk, shop, people watch, etc. Lots of adorable local shops and restaurants with character and charm. Not your run-of-the-mill chains and cheezy tourist traps.

Don't bother
Filthy, overpriced stores and felt abandoned. Homeless people starving while the grotesquely wealthy dined and drank. Truly disturbing
