The Folk Park Historic Village is a very elegant place, this folk park is copied from the history of Calgary, the historical village has a strong charm and design, here you can feel the strong foreign style of architecture and food.
The historical village of Folk Park reflects the form of early rise in Canada. The historical village has some antique buildings and transportation. You can feel some architectural forms when the western development is underway. The train can be used as a sightseeing tool.
it’s really a great attraction with nice environmenta+++++++ highly recommended
The ticket for 26.25 Canadian currency, which is equivalent to 140 yuan, initially felt very expensive and did not want to go in. Hesitation and repeatedly bought tickets. After playing, it felt worth it. No wonder local residents would bring their whole family here for a day. There are Victorian hotels, old-fashioned streets, banks, prisons, shops, hospitals, classical parks, ranches, racecourses and more than 180 realistic themed scenes, all buildings and transportation here, once real and used. You can take a real steam train to experience the way traffic used to be, learn how to make iron, learn the secret of old-fashioned handmade ice cream from herdsmen, and experience the paddle boats that only have and have used in Calgary. You can also enjoy retro afternoon tea like a royal lady in a Victorian-style hotel, visit it, like a "movie map", and let time flow back.
The park in Calgary is very worth visiting. The park is very large, there are boats and trains. The whole park presents the old-age life scene. All the staff are also wearing ancient clothes. You can know a lot of cultural and folklore knowledge when communicating with them. Enter the civilian home to experience the daily life of the locals at that time
Folk Park Historic Village is a great place. You can play all the projects with one ticket. We stayed in it for an afternoon until the end of the business hours of the Folk Village. There is a Gasoline Lane Museum. Car enthusiasts will definitely like the history and dazzling array of gasoline here. A car with a sense of age. The folk village, like the western city, had post offices, bakeries, churches, schools, hotels, newspapers, shops, etc. in the early part of the century, and retained the houses of the various classes of people of that era, and had steam trains and carriages as free public transport throughout the town. More interestingly, the staff in the town with the costumes of the year will "recreate" the story of that time on the street. There is also a playground in the folk village, all free ~
This place is well worth the talk. From going in to the park, all the way to the train, and the West theme park, what a great experience. I love everything here, except that the tickets are a bit expensive, unless you can get the park annual card, the annual card is more reasonable. You can try the bakery, candy store here, and go see the hotel.
