离开Otway Fly Tree top，雨渐渐不下了，驶出丛林的途中可以看到“小心考拉”的指示牌，我就开始留意，这里两边都有桉树，这是考拉的食物，所以很可能会有考拉出没，果然，我们找到了不下10只野生考拉，不过桉树都很高，考拉小心的躲在高处，用我们的相机也只能拍到小黑点，回来放大后可以看清楚脸了，好可爱，真想把它们抱下来。

离开Apollo Bay，往奥特韦灯塔的方向开车不久，就进入了一条林荫小道，而且越走林子越密。其实不知不觉中我们已经进入了Great Otway National Park。公园没有围墙，完全开放，随着周围景色的自然过度，我们就在不经意间走进了这里。两边林木高大，树干笔直，遮天蔽日，一条双向行车道通往密林深处，幽静而深邃，景色非常独特。不知为什么，这里让我想起了X档案。有时能够看到被雷电劈过的痕迹，被雷劈的树木已碳化，呈惨白状与周围郁郁葱葱的环境相比显得极不协调。我觉得，如果离开公路，向密林深处走去很可能会迷路。不过公园里有专门的徒步路线和露营区，供户外爱好者使用。沿线有指示牌、路标、报警器、定位仪等设施完善，只要沿着设计好的路线行进，应该不会迷路。以后有机会我也想尝试一下徒步穿越奥特韦国家公园，但得有经验丰富领队带队，否则还真有点瘆的慌。我们不时会在林间看到考拉，懒洋洋地趴在树上吃着。我是看哪停的车多，就下车，大家多半是在看考拉。我纳闷了，那第一个看见考拉的人是怎么发现考拉的，都是开车飞驰而过，茂密的的树林中怎么他就能看到考拉了呢？
