Bohol is one of the best diving spots among the 7,000 islands in the Philippines, with crystal-clear waters and a colorful seabed. There are many diving schools on the island offering various diving packages, with prices ranging from a few thousand to over 10,000 pesos, depending on the length of your stay and the number of dives. In addition, you can also watch dolphins at Bohol, but you need to take a boat out early in the morning.
Chocolate Hills
are a famous attraction on Bohol and one of the filming locations for the movie "Harry Potter." They consist of 1,268 nearly identical hills ranging from 40–120m in height. During the dry season from February to May, the grass-covered hills turn brown, making them look just like chocolate candies, especially at sunset when the colors are truly enchanting.
Watching tarsiers
At the tarsier visitor center, you can observe tarsiers up close. With their big eyes, long tails, and agile movements, they are incredibly cute. The visitor center also offers a service to take photos with the tarsiers for a small tip.
