Nanshahu Sceneic Area

Relying on the Nansha River Reservoir, Nansha Lake Scenic Area was designated as a scenic spot in Shaanxi Province by the provincial government in 1993, and was named a National Water Conservancy Scenic Area in 2007. The area is surrounded by mountains, the mountains and rivers complement each other, and the natural scenery is beautiful. There is a small island in the reservoir area, the island is lined with trees and the scenery is elegant. The scenic area covers an area of 105 square kilometers, with 54 large and small peaks and a water surface of 2.7 square kilometers. It starts from Bird Mountain in the east, Tianming Temple in the south, Wentianpo in the west, and Songshan Temple in the north. The mountain peaks are heroic, strange, beautiful, and elegant, and the mountains, water, forests, and bamboos complement each other. Nansha Lake Scenic Area relies on the simple and pure natural landscape and historical and religious culture of the Han River Basin in southern Shaanxi, with Pearl Lake as the center, and initially formed Wulang Pass, Dimu Temple, Mingzhu Lake, Bird Mountain, Lonely Island Hunting, Water World, Red Monument, Linpu Villa and other unique attractions integrate natural ecology, sightseeing, leisure and vacation, special commercial drinks, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, cultural seminars, and exotic adventures. Wulang Pass and Dimu Temple are integrated with Buddhism and Taoism.
