DuSable Black History Museum and Education Center

The DuSable Black American Museum was great for my family - small enough for a comfortable tour, and unusual enough to draw crowds. There we learned America we didn’t know before and shared the fun of discovering South Chicago.

I really enjoyed visiting this museum. It offers a great deal of history of African-Americans I didn’t know existed. In addition to a lot of written works, there are beautiful artworks for visitors to see. In addition to that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this museum to others.

A relatively small museum that tells the history of African Americans in the United States.
