Great bike path
We rentend a mountain bike in Cortina to do a day tour around Cortina. The are a lot of trails and paths but we opted for this. Is very nice. You have about 300 or 400 mts of elevation through the way...

I've traveled for a while to go to the Mietres refuge and then to the Tre Croci pass. It's worth traveling for the landscapes that you're going through, beautiful in summer and winter.
Built on the old train path would suffice this to make it magic .. 30 km affordable with a minimum training or one and bike, more or less half up and half down with a stop ...
