This slogan was originally on the wall of the Daozhou Confucian Temple, and later relocated here. In 1934, the Long March of the Red Army of Chinese workers and peasants passed through Dao County and wrote slogans wherever they went. At that time, a 14-year-old Red Army wrote 16 words "Long live the victory of the Workers and Peasants Revolution" on the wall in front of the county Confucian Temple (back to the Daozhou Hotel). The wall is in the east-west direction and stands at the entrance of Zhoujiafang.

Daoxian, an ancient name for Daozhou, now affiliated with Yongzhou City, Hunan Province. Therefore, the low-lying terrain, often flooded, in 1995 after being converted into a Daozhou hotel, this wall was relocated to the current location, that is, the entrance of Xizhou Park, and became a red tourist attraction, named the Red Army Wall. The river flowing through Dao County is called Lishui. Lishui turns a 90-degree curve at the Red Army wall and leaves a sandbar in the center of the river. This sandbar is called Xizhou, and now there is a Xizhou Park on the island. There is a small river next to the Red Army wall that injects Lishui from here, and this small river is called Lixi. Zhou Dunxu Square is built on the banks of the Lishui River not far from the Red Army Wall. Dao County is the hometown of Daru Zhou Dunxu in the Song Dynasty. Zhou Dunxu No. Luxi is the name of the small river in his hometown, so Dao County is also called Luxi Hometown. A three-arch stone bridge connects Xizhou Park to land, a beautiful island, and there is a pagoda at the southern end of the island that is very striking, this pagoda is called Wenchang Pavilion, which is also migrated from the shore of Lishui.
