There are also medicinal plants, volcanic soil plants, and special exhibition areas for endangered plants. The botanical garden has a domed greenhouse, which is planted with about 400 carnivorous plants from the Mediterranean, Canary Islands, Australia and New Zealand, and can maintain a warm climate of 1°C in winter.
