New Calton Burial Ground Watch Tower

The style of the buildings in the new Carlton Hill Cemetery Watch Tower is very unique, some have a very long history, it is worth watching carefully, the stone paths all over the ground are traces of history.

The New Carlton Hill Cemetery falls on top of the hill, a short slope covered with cobblestones, great views, stunning Scottish views and Arthur's seating. The grave is buried on a steep hillside, with the Cemetery Watch Tower in the middle of the cemetery.

The obelisk stands at the northern tip of Carlton Hill, mainly to commemorate the cemetery of the pioneers who pushed for universal suffrage in Scotland in the last two centuries, and the famous great British philosopher David Hume is also buried here, which is quiet and has time to visit.
