We unfortunately did not have time for the museum, but the restaurant is wonderful. Definitely try the smoked trout on toast! Everything was delicious, highly recommend

A good museum about one of Iceland's most famous authers. Tells you a lot about life in this area in the old times. We also had lunch there and it was quite good.
