In August 1940, the CPC Xite Committee was established as the leading organ of Hubei Province at that time, and the organ was located in Hongyan Village. In the 1970s, the former site of the Special Committee collapsed for a long time, and the local government rebuilt the original site in 2003.

In the 1970s, the former site of the Special Committee collapsed for a long time, and the local government rebuilt the original site in 2003.
The former site of the CPC Luxi Special Committee is located in the Hongyan Group, Wufengshan Village, Enshi City, Hubei Province. It is a civil structure house with a "pick of the mouth" of the Ming and dark seven. The opposite wall is a red sandstone "Red Rock Lion", which is an important symbol of the special committee organ.
