Fengxian is affiliated to Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, located in the southern foot of the Qinling Mountains, more than 1300 meters above sea level, is a mountain county town located halfway up the Qinling Mountains. The beautiful Jialing River originates from the top of the Qinling Mountains, goes south down the mountain, and passes through the county. The local government erects a large golden chicken in the Jialing River and builds a large fountain.
