The sea devil city-Fuhai departs from the "Changsheng auspicious" place (Changji), all the way north, passing through the Gurban Tonggut Desert, crossing the unmanned desert area of S21, and experiencing more than 6 hours. 从"昌盛吉祥"之地（昌吉）出发，一路向北，途径古尔班通古特沙漠，穿越S21无人沙漠区，经历6个多小时。来到这个海上魔鬼城～福海海上魔鬼城地处吉力湖东岸，乌伦古湖入海口，俗称东河口，这里即有海滨风光，又有峡谷神韵。这片十分罕见的雅丹地貌，是南北走向，绵延十余里，坡体呈斗圆形，环绕着小海子吉力湖。到了福海，不去海上魔鬼城，不能不说是一种遗憾。在距离福海县城14公里的小海子东北岸的这座海上魔鬼城，正以她那多姿多彩的自然地貌悄然成为人们赴北疆观光旅游打卡处。

补记2022.7.30新疆之行策划了两年，是打算来福海看支教的朋友，所以也没去什么网红景点，来之前也没抱着太大期望。但是，新疆的景色真的远远超出我预期！每天都在感叹为什么这么好看！海上魔鬼城离福海比较近，只有六块钱摆渡车钱，还不知为什么半价了。游客很少，没什么人，但景色超级美！要下湖坐摩托艇要另外收钱，感觉跟海边的项目比较像。如果顺路强烈推荐来这里看看！

门票便宜，区间车便宜，性价比很高，景区不大，但是值得过来看一看。
