Mount Fuji will reward every friend who knows how to strategize!!!
Actually, the scenery on the road of travel is like a book without words, under the influence of subjective and objective factors, everyone's feelings will not be the same.
Many people feel that Mount Fuji is not very worth visiting, I hope this guide can make everyone put aside objective factors as much as possible, and truly appreciate the beauty of Mount Fuji!
Mount Fuji visibility:
Many friends come to Mount Fuji to look into the distance and take a beautiful check-in photo. But Mount Fuji is not visible every day, there's no need to talk about rainy days, but even on sunny days, Mount Fuji will hide itself due to the influence of clouds and fog.
So everyone should make good strategies, you can first check the visibility on the Fujimi Forecast for the next few days, the closer the number, the higher the visibility; the weather~ is ever-changing, so it can only be used as a reference, but having it is better than not, right!
Mount Fuji in different seasons:
In spring, cherry blossoms bloom at the foot of Mount Fuji, and the 'snow cap' of Mount Fuji has not melted. You can take pictures of the beautiful scenery where Mount Fuji meets cherry blossoms from Lake Kawaguchi or Oshino Village.
In autumn, the rice fields around Mount Fuji are fragrant, and October and November are the red leaf season of Mount Fuji. On the north shore of Lake Kawaguchi, the road is covered with a layer of crimson by the red leaves, forming a 'red leaf tunnel'.
In winter, Mount Fuji is covered with snow, and the 'snow cap' of Mount Fuji also begins to form.
It is worth mentioning that in summer, although the 'milk cap' of Mount Fuji naturally melts when the weather is hot, Mount Fuji usually becomes bald in June, but Mount Fuji is not completely without its charm at this time, there are routes to climb Mount Fuji from mid-July to September!
Many people come to Mount Fuji to take photos and check in. But it might be better to slow down a bit.
You can get off at Yoshida and go to Asama to take a photo, walk along the residential path to Hikawa Watch Shop, and then walk towards Mount Fuji. Along the way, you can have a coffee and then sit by Lake Kawaguchi to stare at Mount Fuji in a daze.
I think travel and tourism are not the same thing. I prefer traveling, more free-spirited, go wherever, and be at ease with whatever happens. Just like at the hotel, it was cloudy the day before, and the next day when I opened the curtains, Mount Fuji was right there. This kind of unexpected joy is incomprehensible to ordinary people!
The Fuji Five-Eye is a bit similar to Everest Base Camp (which is much lower, of course), at the junction of the snow line, and the car is here, and it is about to hike. It is also the last service area before climbing, where energy and supplementary resources can be accumulated, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, post offices, souvenir shops, horse riding, parking lot, bathrooms, etc. are all available. Japan highly respects Mount Fuji, and considers climbing Mount Fuji to be an extremely great thing. Many practitioners have climbed the top of the mountain, and the oldest is a 105-year-old old man. There is a viewing platform built along the hillside, with the names of the local landmarks on the picture. The sea of clouds is very spectacular.
if you are in Japan 🇯🇵 don’t forget to visit Mount Fuji. and chureito pagoda is perfect place. then you can take spread boat 🚤 for lake view 🥰🤗🎊
When you arrive at Fujikawaguchiko, dont forget to rent a bike for the whole day! It is easier and so much fun. Cycling around lake kawaguchiko and go to the park.
Very pretty no matter where you see it from. Best bet would be from Fuji Five Lakes! For extra chances, stay one or two nights! It really is magnificent!
Mount Fuji. We went in the morning during December. Can see Mt Fuji clearly. Nice scenery and many photo taking opportunities. Recommended
