This church is a beautiful piece of architecture. Although we never went inside, it was definitely worth a quick visit if in the area just for the architecture.

Nice place to stop in

Most of the churches in Sao Miguel have a similar look. This is the only one we went into. It was quite plain inside but very peaceful. The grounds were very nice.

All The Churches in Sao Miguel are worth a visit where ever you are as although they look similar they all have their own identity to the village that they are in
