Happy to see Elk
We were hoping to see Elk driving around Alpena/Gaylord but since we didn't, this was a great option! There were several Elk, some with a huge rack.

Excellent Elk!!
Great spot to view these beautiful animals! Easy to find and photograph! We went later in the day and the elk were gathered around their feeding area. Not fancy but sure worth a stop!

OVERNIGHT
We did one overnight on our way home from the UP. Stayed at TRU by Hilton - it was great. We stopped to see the Elk on our way out of town.
