Xiaodongying Mosque

Xiaodongying Mosque is one of the ancient halal temples in Guangzhou, built in the Xiaodongying area of Guangzhou, built in the Ming Dynasty. Xiaodongying Mosque has a long history and has an excellent cultural tradition. Since the construction of the temple, it has always had a Jingtang education. It has established civil organizations such as the "Guangzhou Youth Association for Muslim Education" and "Muslim Youth Association", and there are also ritual services.

The temple was built 500 years ago. During the Chenghua period of the Ming Dynasty, officers and soldiers came to Guangdong to station Tuntian and built a mosque for religious life. The temple stated that "this mosque is only open to Chinese and foreign Muslims, and is not open to individuals in society for the time being."

The mosque is small, and you can see all the buildings inside at a glance. These buildings are all yellow and the style is very unified.
