Hirugano Watershed Park.
I like parks at the best of times, and this is no exception. Not big, but nice a quiet and suitable to stroll through. At the end of your stroll, enjoy a fresh ice-cream from the shop at the entrance.
Located in Takawashi-cho, Gujo City. The origin of the Shogawa River and the Nagara River is the same, and the right is the Sea of Japan, and the left is the water farewell park that pours into the Pacific Ocean. I thought again that Toyama Prefecture, Gifu Prefecture, and Aichi Prefecture (a little) Mie Prefecture are connected along National Highway 156.
The source of the Shogawa and Nagara rivers. Water flows from here on the Sea of Japan side and the Pacific side. It's a clear stream, and you won't get tired of watching it.
I was moving with an ice cream shop next to the park, but I found a watershed character in the park where I parked my car. You can see the separation from the Shogawa and Nagara Rivers in the park toward the Sea of Japan and the Pacific Ocean. It's just off the parking space, so it doesn't take much time. It is recommended to have a rare experience.
Water Travel Romantics, Pacific Ocean or Sea of Japan.

The water from here is a fork in whether it becomes the Nagara River and pours into the Pacific Ocean, or the Shogawa River and pours into the Sea of Japan, and you can see it well by the stone monument and the flow of water. Imagine the distance and time to the sea and feel romance. You can also see the yamame trout swimming. The airy feeling of the soft serve ice cream in the next shop is highly recommended.
