Highway pit stop
One of the highway pitstops operated by Neopasa. This is one of their smaller facilities. One unique service is their dog run area. Caged off, artificial turf, complete with doggy doo clean up to...
I had lunch using Hamamatsu SA and Neopasa SA on Sunday. There were Japanese and Chinese shops in the large food court, but since I came to Hamamatsu, I got a seaweed at the seaweed shop. It was about 4000 yen because it was special, but it was delicious and voluminous. However, it was a cheap atmosphere because it was a food court, so I felt that 4000 yen was a little wasteful. That said, Neopasa SA itself was convenient for everything.
I stopped by to eat at Tenjinya, which is famous for Shizo 〜 Kaoden (Shizuoka Oden). I used it a little ago, but I think the oden and lunch boxes here are delicious. The ingredients for oden are also rich in black rice bowls and egg grills that are typical of Shizuoka, and the fish powder and soup that are sprinkled are really delicious. I had matcha Sunday at the soft serve ice cream shop outside, but as expected, the matcha was thick and delicious.
This is the first service area to enter Shizuoka on the Shin-Tomei Expressway, so it is a good place to take a break with many cars. The design of the building also represents Hamamatsu's musical instrument (piano), and you can imagine it as a city of musical instruments. There are also restaurants and shops, so it is expected to be crowded depending on the time of day.
It's not large, but it's compact and easy to get around, with food courts, souvenir shops, bakery and musical instrument shops. It's new, so it's beautiful. As expected, Hamamatsu. The food court dumplings are also delicious. I eat every time I stop by. The space between desks feels wider than other service areas. The building is also a good design with a piano motif. When I realized that it was a keyboard, I thought I did. At noon, there are often times when the parking classification of passenger cars is full.

Easy to use and clean
