St. Michael's Church

A very well preserved church. We enjoyed the beautiful interior and tagged along to a tourist group. The lift was out of order so we couldn’t go to the observation platform.

The Church of St. Michel is located in the central area of Hamburg and is the most beautiful Baroque church in North Germany. It was built in the 14th century and is the representative of the Gothic architecture of downtown Bordeaux. The most notable of the church's 15th century buildings, the 374-foot tower is Germany's tallest Gothic steeple, and the top of the tower can see the scenery of Hamburg.

St. Michel's Cathedral is Hamburg's most famous church and the city's main landmark. It is a baroque building. Above the main entrance is a large bronze sculpture showing St. Michel's victory over the devil. The tower is 132 meters high and very majestic.

It's really good, I have a chance to go and see it together.

The whole building of St. Michelle's Church is Baroque style, the most conspicuous is the bronze-green bell tower, towering top straight into the cloud, you can climb the stairs or take the elevator to the observation deck at the top of the clock tower, it is highly recommended to climb the tower 360 degrees overlooking the entire Hamburg city center, Beautiful view of the Elbe or Lake Ulster.

At night, the iconic St. Michel Church in Hamburg stands at the spire of 106 meters high, surrounded by no fences, overlooking the city, unique.
