With the Kowloon City Redevelopment and Development Project, Tuguawan Bohai Heart Park has begun to expand. Fortunately, the old Bohai Heart Park fishtail stone and Haixin Pavilion are still retained. This park has a third feature, which is a peacock, butterfly and panda decoration.
To Kwa Wan is an interesting area. you get a good mix of both residence and tourism. the Hoi Sum park is a big park in the district for students, elderly and even tourists to relax in. if you want, you can take the mtr via the brown line and exit at to Kwa wan station to get here. the park is safe and spacious. its environment is pretty neat as well!

On April 3, 2023, the expansion of the park was officially opened. After the expansion, Haixin Park covers an area of about 32,350 square meters.
