Ciguang Pavilion

Hiking down the mountain, the last stop is to reach Ciguang Pavilion, there is a car to take back to the town. We went down to Ciguang Pavilion in the evening, and here is also the front mountain of Huangshan. I remember that many people waited to take the ropeway or climb from here when we came in the morning. Ciguang Pavilion, known as Fahai Temple in ancient times, was the head of the Zen Forest in the two states of Hui and Xuan. Qingxin An Painting School founder Jianjiang monk (Huan Ren) and Chinese painting master Shi Tao have lived here. Due to the small number of people, we can quietly visit and observe the calligraphy and painting. The large hall of Ciguang Pavilion is relatively new, and there are 1,000 monk stoves next to it. Three large pots are arranged there. It shows that the incense here was very strong, but now it has basically become the tourist distribution center of Huangshan. The whole is relatively quiet, and the mountain climbing trails next to it are also green trees. There are shops that can choose to buy items in the mountains, which is relatively cheaper than the mountains.

Ci'an Pavilion is the dream place to walk down the mountain. I originally thought that going down the mountain was easier than going up the mountain, but I only learned after I experienced it. It was much better to go up the mountain and rest for a while. But going down the mountain was different. I didn't pant but my feet were sore. You dare not take a step, even the last 500 meters looking at Ci'an Pavilion and praying was useless. Gritting teeth until the cold sweat, and finally even going to the female public toilet to go down the stairs, all gritted teeth and scolded why the male toilet was in the female toilet downstairs.

From Huangshan down the road, you can see the magnificent 1 Ciguang Pavilion at the last stop, which also announced the end of the Huangshan trip. This is also the entrance of the front mountain of Huangshan Scenic Area, the starting point of the Yuping cableway, and the ticket sales point. Ciguang Pavilion is called Zhushayu in the ancient times and was built in the Ming Dynasty.

It used to be a monastery. They said that there were more than 1,000 vultures at most. I feel that the place is not big. How do they live! It looks like the building is not bad, especially the two dragons on the steps.
