Qiankou Folk House is located 27 kilometers north of Tunxi District, Huangshan City. The ancient Hui-style buildings in the Souvenir villages were "originally demolished and rebuilt" and moved here, which concentrated on displaying the typical ancient folk houses, ancient ancestral halls, ancient archways, ancient pavilions, and ancient bridges of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. You can learn about various Hui-style buildings in a short time, so it is also called the "Qiankou Folk House Museum", which is indeed worthy of the name. Among the scenic spots Souvenir Huangshan City, Qiankou Folk House is actually Complimentary, and the cost-effectiveness goes without saying. The hills in the Attraction are lush with vegetation, full of greenery in spring and summer, and can also present some colorful scenery in autumn. The scenery is also good. Qiankou Folk House is divided into two areas: Qingyuan in the south and Mingyuan in the north. First visit Qingyuan, where various ancient buildings from the Qing Dynasty are arranged along a circular tour path, including the ancient stage, Yiren Hall, Geng (Geng) Hall, Chengren Hall, Wang Shunchang's house, etc. Among them, the official mansion Geng Hall is the largest in Qingyuan. Although the architecture of Qingyuan is magnificent, with many exquisite wood carvings, brick carvings, and stone carvings, and elegant patterns painted under the eaves, it generally gives people a relatively new feeling and lacks ancient charm. Many film and television dramas have taken scenes here. From Qingyuan, you can cross a lake and arrive at Mingyuan, which is a collection of Ming Dynasty buildings. Mingyuan is the essence of the Attraction. You need to climb a small hill when visiting. Entering the mountain gate, which was originally the remnant of Liushun Hall, the public hall of the Wang family, and crossing the Yinxiu Bridge built by nuns, you can see the beautifully carved stone archway of the Fang Clan Ancestral Hall. The strange thing is that there is no inscription on the archway, but a grinning ghost is carved, stepping on a square bucket, forming the word "Kui", indicating that the person who built the archway wants the family to have more top scholars. Going up the steps, passing the Shanhua Pavilion donated by merchants, the first private house, Leshan Hall (Maodi Hall), comes into view. This was originally a place for entertainment and discussion for the Seniors over 80 years old in the clan. Leshan Hall is adjacent to the Caomen Hall of the Wang Clan Branch Temple in the north. If you continue walking, you will see the Sijian House, a family temple with a long history. Then, in front of a group of houses on the north side, you can vaguely see the construction method of the Yuan Dynasty in Wu Jianhua's house. The Fangguantian House where ordinary farmers live is relatively simple. The carvings of Fang Wentai's house are exquisite. There is also Su Xuehen's house for visiting. Standing on the mountain where Mingyuan is located, you can see the horse head walls and green trees of the ancient buildings blending with each other in the near distance. In the distance are today's villages and towns, but the houses have also formed the appearance of white walls and black tiles. If you are interested, you can go out of Qiankou's houses and go south along National Highway 205 for 1 kilometer. You can see a Ming Dynasty lower spire on the roadside. The tower is already covered with grass and trees, which is quite vicissitudes. If you want to find a place to eat or stay nearby, Qiankou Town has them. Tangmo, a Hui-style village in the east, is about 4 kilometers away from Qiankou's houses, and Chengkan, the "Bagua Village" in the north, is about 8 kilometers away. You can visit them together.
