Under the peak of Dieyu in the north of Huangshan Mountain, it was built in the Baoyou period of the Song Dynasty (A.D. 1253--1259), and was founded by Zhang Shufu, a Songgu Taoist. It was rebuilt in the Xuande period of the Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1426--1435), and was renamed Songgu Temple.

It is a long history, very clean and isolated place.
Located in the Songgu Scenic Area of Huangshan Mountain, built in the Song Dynasty. The building is ancient, with white walls and black tiles, with Jiangnan architectural characteristics. The surrounding environment is quiet and suitable for retreat.
