3月23号去的，当时免费，涌水的泉头有三个地方，各有特色，可漫漫地观看，泉水很清与趵突泉各有春色，可自驾来观尝，路上没有设的交通罚款坑。上次开车出差去河南开封路过兰考县路上设了许多拍照罚款坑，一般都罚200元以上，尤其兰考，外地人不敢再路过了。
