爬山锻炼身体的好去处,从山脚的泉水处到山顶的三座塔，沿着步道一直走,中途有三座小亭,最后上山顶那段需要消耗更多的体力，一般会休息两三次,每次上去都是气喘吁吁,大汗淋漓。在山顶平台处向四周望去，还是心旷神怡的,有规模宏伟的福缘寺,田野中散落着的小村庄,再远还有一座高尔夫球场,推荐该景点!

太谷城内遠望有三个高塔，就是凤凰山，現改建成南山公园，还在修建中，目前尚無公車可至。趁著无边寺中午休息，包車一遊，来回約70元，車一路上山，道路因大雨冲刷，到处都在整修，终于到了山頂，孤零零三个塔，2个旧的，1个重修的绕了一圈也未見任何解说，塔另一侧下山，才知是新修福佑寺佛塔，仍无解说。上下山若步行距离挺远的，山中风光虽好，但无大树遮蔭，山下另有一酎泉寺据说是当年曹家避暑山莊。公园目前好像只能單边上下，自驾要注意。
【景色】美【趣味】强【性价比】高
新建南山森林公园，公路，石阶梯路分别直通山顶，沿途美景如画。又复建福佑寺有众僧尼住持祈福。山下两边分别座落唐代酌泉寺和修复的大规模道教宫殿。夏日风凉景绿，冬日群山映雪，这么多景物看不见，长眼干什么呢。
