Worth a visit!
We visit a waterfall whenecer we can. Easily reachable with a car from Tallin. Dramatic view even in summer - should think its amazing in winter! Well sign posted and info boards were interesting.
Nice falls.
The water was low when I was there. But it was still pretty nice. Lots of people were enjoying the falls. It offers some great pictures and you can walk all around it. Pretty nice.
Interesting stop
Quite relaxing and its a very short walk from the car park so easy to see. Worth a stop if in the area but not really a destination location.

Very beautiful waterfall
I came from Ukraine, to Estonia in October 2012, my brother took a tour.The impressions remained for life. Very beautiful waterfall, fascinating spectacle. Nature delicious.
