It was a very nice place. In my opinion, You can not complain about anything because it is for free. You can see sculptures and pictures over two levels and it is very warm if it is raining or snowing...

I was very disappointed as I traveled to Kajaani and planned to visit their museums - everyone was closed on Saturdays and art museum even on Fridays! Not very tourist friendly there!
