From a road near Kashgar Railway Station to Boshkeranmu Township, there are constantly signs indicating how many kilometers away from the Morphoto Tower. After entering the township, pass a card, and the road after that is called Mor Road. After a few bends, you can see it from a distance. There is a fence outside the site, and there is a small house at the entrance. There is a Uighur guy who collects tickets for 15 yuan, but he can pay less or not. The railway just passed by the site, and passengers walking from Kashgar to Artush can see the pagoda from the window. After the tour, if you don't want to go back, you can continue along the north direction to Artush.
Shouldn't be open yet. I don't know if it's excavating something. Drones are not allowed to fly.
