It is located about １ｋｍ north of Kitakata Station, and is a temple of the Soto sect that is said to have been built by Hoson Unko Kazuhisa in 1422. Since the main hall was destroyed by fire in 1880, it is said that it was rebuilt with a warehouse with excellent fire resistance, and it is a structure that is rarely seen. Kannon-do was a historical structure, and watermark carvings such as dragons were also spectacular.
