There is a warehouse that represents Kita Kata, a town of warehouses.

A long-established soy sauce brewery on the corner of the cityscape of the brewery. It's a long-established store from the street, but if you go around the back, you will find a magnificent brick brewery. You can see the exterior of this warehouse and the persimmon room from inside the shop, and I think it is a must-see warehouse when exploring the city of the warehouse.
It's super retro. nice. It seems to have been founded in the Edo period. Just looking at it makes you fall in love. It seems that there is also a souvenir shop.
Founded in 1755 years, it is a long-established store that brews soy sauce and miso. The store sells soy sauce, miso and souvenirs. There is a brick warehouse in the back of the store, and you can visit it for free. The brick warehouse consists of a 3 floor tool warehouse and a 2 floor zashiki warehouse, which is luxurious. The zashiki warehouse is made of persimmon tree called "Kamaki no Ma", and the beautiful zashiki with wooden grain is a must-see.
You can enjoy it even if you look at it or buy it.

It is a retro shop that utilizes a brick warehouse. There are many free highlights, and they explained it carefully. I heard that I was originally making soy sauce, so I bought it after tasting raw soy sauce.
There is also a soy sauce and miso factory. You can visit it for free. The building built in 1755 and the 300-year-old pine trees are worth a visit. The shop is a shop on the 1 floor that sells candy and plastic models, and the second floor is an exhibition room. Is it the hobby of the shop owner, and the plastic model is sold quite old, so I think it is an irresistible shop for enthusiasts.
