Meixiu Art Museum is a proud work of the late Taidoubelao architecture. Many people always feel that it is remote. I give you a suggestion: 1. From Kyoto Station, take the Wuhu Line to the second platform, as long as you go to Mihara or Nagahama. 2. Take the Wuhu Line to Shishan Station and get off 3. After Shishan Station exits (out of the deduction gate), turn right, and then see the left electric escalator turn left to the ground bus station 4. Go to the bus platform No. 3, there is a round-trip ticket and ticket package for selling Meixiu Art Museum on the left. (Both machines and manual windows), an adult set is 2,700 yen, you can also get on the bus directly, but the fare only accepts cash, the adult single time is 840 yen, the child is 420 yen. 5. On the platform 3, wait for the 150th imperial bus, only 150 has arrived, other shifts can not be taken, the whole journey is about 50 minutes, as early as possible, otherwise you have to stand on the mountain 6. Note that the bus starts at 9 o'clock every hour There is a bus, it is recommended to arrive in advance 20-30 minutes may have a location.
MIHO (Meixiu Museum) is undoubtedly selected with independent and deep vision of world-class collections, different regions and cultures of artworks are controlled and reconstructed by a strong aesthetic force, which connects a clear clue to the beauty of the soul of all mankind. It is beautiful.
The most looking forward to going to a museum, it is worthy of the master design, great
I passed from Kyoto and it took a day. First of all, check on the official website to see if the museum is open, sometimes closed from time to time, and it will last for a long time. Secondly, it is traffic, it is not difficult to get it done, there is a guide on the official website. I took the tram to Shishan Station, and then the imperial BUS passed, pay attention to the BUS timetable, and the connection is good. This is the key. The buildings and exhibits are excellent, no longer described, and there are countless evaluations online. There are also few tourists and very quiet. Remind me: the Chinese voice tour guide of the gallery, written very well, is the best I have heard, can not miss.
Beautiful scenery, fresh air, convenient transportation, a good place to travel
Highly recommended place to go! It is really a modern version of the paradise. Obviously, Bei Xuming also referenced the setting of Taoyuan Township when designing. The art museum is only open for about 7 months a year, and the junction period of winter and various seasons is not open. Check the official website opening time before going. Although some remote, the traffic is convenient. Take the train to Ishiyama Station near Kyoto, go downstairs and transfer to the Art Museum bus, and arrive in about an hour. After walking through a section of the cherry blossom road, you will see the tunnel. The tunnel walks hundreds of meters and suddenly sees the mountain bridge and another section of the art gallery. This architectural work of Pei Xuming is more amazing to me than the former pyramid of the Louvre and the Suzhou Art Museum, and the building alone is worth a half hour. The collection is also very rich for Japan, probably compared to Tokyo and Kyoto museums. Chinese interpreters can be rented at the front desk. Note that you can't take pictures in each room, you can only take pictures outside and in the corridor. It is best to come in the cherry blossom season. It takes most of the day to listen to the interpreter while visiting.
The whole building looks like a small greenhouse from the outside. In addition to the exquisite and refined geometric shape of the old gentleman as always, you will be surprised that 80 [%] of the pavilion is underground, and when browsing one piece of Egypt, ancient Rome, Western Asia and other exhibits, it feels like searching for treasure in the secret room. The experience has more mystery and respect... After I came back to check the information, I learned that the Meixiu Museum, which was completed in 1997, was limited by the area exposed on the ground due to local natural protection laws...Turning the restrictions into a unique advantage, I think this is the charm of design!
